Processing
Once you have placed an order at the Door Fourteen LLC you will receive a confirmation email. To cancel an order please contact us immediately. Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be canceled.
Once an order has been fully placed we are unable to switch items or sizes. So be sure to order the correct sizes, colors, & include the correct address and email.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped. Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Domestic Orders (within USA) – We ship domestic orders through US Postal or UPS. These take up to 7 days to deliver.
International Orders – We ship international orders through USPS, FEDX, and DHL. These take between 14 – 21 days to deliver and pricing for shipping will be higher.
Shipping rates are calculated by USPS, FEDX, and DHL and international flat shipping rate is good for apparel only and under 15 lbs. Whenever shipping rates appear off, please contact us so we may verify for you. Depending on your location and the service selected at checkout, international deliveries may take on average 14 – 21 days. Customers are responsible for eventual duties and taxes before or after receiving the international order(s).
Note:
You are responsible for the shipment cost, custom fees, taxes, duties and any additional fees encountered during the shipment process. If you fail to accept the incurred fees and hence you are denied the products, DOOR FOURTEEN, LLC. will not reship the order or provide a refund.
You also bear all risks of damage or loss to the package from the moment it has cleared our warehouse. Delivery is considered complete and responsibility of the package shifts to you when you accept shipment by a common transporter.
